Tammy Lenski’s new book for conflict resolution professionals

13 January 2008 by Tammy Lenski

I’m excited to announce that my new book, Making Mediation Your Day Job: How to Market Your ADR Business Using Mediation Principles You Already Know, will be in print soon!

For the past month a good chunk of my spare time has gone to reviewing cover copy, the galleys, and communicating with my publisher. There’s something pretty special about seeing months of writing and editing coming to fruition.

If you’re a professional mediator or conflict resolution coach like me—or think you might want to be—I hope you’ll visit the page I created for mediators back in 2005 and where I now feature information about the book.

Treat yourself to a free chapter and wander through the ADR practice-building resources I’ve been posting there for over two years.

What's the most important thing?
Who do I want to be?
What is the wish behind the criticism?
What is the problem WE are trying to solve here?
Why am I this angry?
What's holding my attention?
What is the next right thing?
What would love do now?
It's real but is it true?
What else could this be?
Am I being seen? Am I seeing?
How has this affected me?
A week from now, will this have mattered?
