Conflict resolution professionals know the power of reframing for unlocking stagnant conversations and creating radical shifts in the way people think about and address problems and challenges. So what could happen if you apply the concept of reframing to the way you think about and conduct your work?
I’ll be talking about reframing next week to the Vermont Human Resources Association, a SHRM affiliate, at their annual meeting. I plan to talk about the ways habits of mind influence action and motivation; how to reframe to prevent burnout, create avenues for personal and professional growth, and manage more strategically; and how to help others reframe to achieve breakthrough thinking and maximize human capital in organizations.
When: Wednesday, December 15, 8:00 a.m.
Where: Hilton Burlington, Burlington, VT
How: Registration information
If you’re in HR, my presentation has been pre-approved for two CEU hours by the HR Certification Institute.
